E3H Electric Boats, with 120,000 Euros in capital, registered in the Lorient trade and companies register under number 505 097 477, has opened this site for its users’ personal information. The data present on this site may not be used for any commercial purposes, even partial, without the prior written consent of E3H Electric Boats. This page lays out the legal conditions that apply to each visitor to this site. The act of consulting this site implies unconditional acceptance and application of this document’s specifications.

Liability-Guarantee Excluded

a) E3H Electric Boats has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of all the information provided on its site. Despite the care taken in selecting the information put on this site, it is possible that it contains mistakes, inaccuracies or omissions. E3H Electric Boats may in no case be held contractually liable for any isolated and unexpected errors that may occur on the site. Furthermore, the information communicated on this site may be changed and updated without notice.

b) E3H Electric Boats may not be held liable for any material damage or moral prejudice, direct or indirect, whatever its causes (including damage caused by the spread of viruses or by computer fraud) or consequences resulting from consultation of this site, its utilisation, the information or use of information it involves, or the impossibility of accessing it, with the exception of direct damages resulting from gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing by E3H Electric Boats.

c) Furthermore, the content of the hypertext links put on this site in order to complement its information cannot render E3H Electric Boats liable, nor can the content of the outside sites pointing to this site by a hypertext link, inasmuch as E3H Electric Boats exercises no control over these completely independent sites.
